1. About the AI

REGNA's AI assistant is an information tool that supports medical device regulatory work (RA/QA). Answers are generated automatically by artificial intelligence and, by the nature of the technology, may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions or statements that are simply untrue (so-called hallucinations). AI answers, expert-verified answers and community answers are all reference information. None of them is legal advice or a regulatory filing service.

However useful or convincing an answer looks, REGNA's AI is an aid to your work and does not replace human judgement. Every decision that matters — an approval, a regulatory response — must be made by a qualified person who has checked the official original from the competent authority. Responsibility for any judgement made by relying on an AI answer, and for its consequences, rests entirely with the user, and the company (REGNA) accepts no legal liability for it.

Conversations and attachments entered by members may be sent to an external AI model for processing in order to generate an answer. They are not used to train models. Refined data may be used for internal analysis to improve service quality. See the terms of service and the privacy policy for details.

2. One-line summary shown in the product

REGNA's AI answers may be inaccurate. Confirm anything important against the original text and with a qualified person.

3. What the badges mean

• Expert verified — a practitioner has checked the answer against the original and confirmed it.
• Adopted — the person who asked the question marked this answer as the one that solved it.
• Unverified — no one has checked it yet. Treat it as a starting point, not an answer.

4. Standards under copyright

Standards such as ISO and IEC are sold by their publishers. REGNA does not reproduce their text. We explain them through published Korean notices and generally known criteria, so check the exact clause and value in the official standard.
